The College's admission policy is based on providing higher-level education regardless of their sex, age, national origin and physical condition.            

Students are admitted to the college if they have completed Somaliland secondary school. And fulfilled the criterion set by the ministry of education or add equivalent secondary school leaving certificate.           

Score the minimum entrance requirement set by the academic commission of the college.

Admission Requirement

 1) Degree Program
• Secondary school certificate or its equivalent recommended by the Ministry Of Education. Average points of A and B or (75% and above) for full admission

• Completion of preparatory program (PP2)

• Diploma or Degree holders from recognized higher education institutions as advanced standing students.
• Transfer from accredited higher education institute.• Students who scored 3.00 (for female) and 3.2 (for male) in their ESLCE since 1993 E.C.
